Advocate Lisa Sinclair
![]() Lisa Sinclair is the President and Founder of College Ball or Bust. She holds a B.S.N. and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University. She has twenty-two years of neonatal intensive care and maternal child experience as both a staff and a head nurse. As a registered nurse, Lisa supported the family unit in both happy and difficult times for ten-years; during this time she also co-owned and operated the Swiss Colony Franchise in Houston with retail outlets in the Galleria II, Baybrook, and Galveston shopping centers. From 2000-2004, Lisa taught freshman Biology I and Senior Health at Second Baptist School. Her dedication was to her students and she built an entire curriculum designed for seniors concerning Teen Related Peer and Health Issues. Lisa ran track in Junior High and High School. She also has three children who excelled in athletics from gymnastics, swimming & diving, to football and track. Lisa brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as a business owner, scholar, athlete, parent, teacher, and nurse to the College Ball or Bust Team. Advocate Ahmard Vital ![]() Advocate James Allen ![]() Advocate Cory Sinclair ![]() Advocate Lane Sinclair ![]() Advocate Brian Graham ![]() Advocate Fred Newtz Fred Newtz, College Ball or Bust IT Manager, has twelve years of business-related IT solution-solving experience. Fred is responsible for the maintenance of all College Ball or Bust servers and computer networks and is responsible for maintenance of all internal and external computer systems and hardware. Fred brings IT knowledge, twenty-three years of golf experience, and seven years of soccer experience to the College Ball or Bust Team. Advocate Deborah Spradlin Deborah Spradlin brings the aspect and importance of parental involvement to the College Ball or Bust Team! As the mother of two Houston Memorial High School student-athletes, Spradlin is very involved with the MHS Booster Club. She is also the treasurer of the MHS Football Program and a part-time substitute for the Spring Branch Independent School District of Houston. Spradlin holds a B.S. in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Houston. Advocate Joey Graham Joey Graham, College Ball or Bust video editor and producer, is a 2005 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a B.S. from UT's widely acclaimed Radio-Television-Film program. His training has included work in digital animation and narratives, screenwriting, and film editing. A graduate of Katy High School, he has worked on several award-winning short films, and some of his projects have been featured in film festivals in Austin, TX, and Denver, CO. Joey's professional background includes work on Austin's world-renowned South by Southwest Film & Music Festival and the Cinematexas: International Short Film Festival. He is currently an editor for Shootz Production Group of San Antonio, TX, and also heads up his own media production company, Superseed Media. Joey brings an extraordinary wealth of experience and talent to our team. Advocate Michele Hicks Michelle Hicks, College Ball or Bust videographer/photographer, has 15-years of experience doing video coverage for high school sports as well as 15 years of experience with still photography. She graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Nursing and Radiology Tech. She has done sports radiology for the former Houston Oilers football team, has worked as a nurse at St. Lukes Methodist Hospital, and worked at the Houston Medical Center in radiography. Michelle also has 30 years experience with Animal rescue and health care. Michele is the mother of a former high school and collegiate athlete and brings first hand knowledge of the recruiting process to the College Ball or Bust Team. |
